Die casting is a kind of pressure casting part. During production, if the surface of the casting swells with micro-cracks, it is a phenomenon that the alloy composition meets the requirements but a large number of pores appear, then the cause of the defect may be the premature opening of the mold or the mold temperature may be too high. There are likely a lot of bubbles inside the casting. When the metal solidification time is not enough, the strength is not established, and the mold is opened prematurely to eject the casting. The pressure bubbles expand and the surface of the casting is raised and hot cracks are generated. The solution is not without, we adjust the process parameters in the die-casting process to keep the mold longer and reduce the mold temperature in the defect area.

The above is the solution to the phenomenon that the surface of the casting swells and has micro-cracks, but we will have other problems when we produce lead die casting or other die castings, so we still need the accumulation of experience and the precipitation of time, so Don't be too hasty, slowly accumulate little by little.
